In 1402 AH (1982 CE), the Tanmiyat Group took its first steps in real estate, using only traditional methods, but soon after moved on to employ contemporary means, in order to develop its experience and deepen its investment programs in the real estate market. As a result, Tanmiyat has witnessed sustained and impressive growth in the Kingdom.

By 1417 AH the Tanmiyat Group had developed distinguished methods, the direct results of substantial experience accumulated over the course of two decades. Its expertise was utilized by investing in attractive areas and was gradually developed further in line with the company's vision of the future.
