Situated in an attractive area of Jeddah near the student dormitories of King Abdul Aziz University and Al Daery Highway (Al Haramin Road), the Al-Gherbal Project encompasses a total area of 1,850,000 m2.
Tanmiyat developed the plan as well as the entire infrastructure; this included leveling, filling with earth, and paving all internal and surrounding roads. Tanmiyat also installed an internal electrical network, which connects to the public electricity supply, and developed pedestrian pathways and a complete lighting network for the plan.
