With its beautiful layout, Al-Azizyah project is widely viewed to be the most important project in Al-Khobar. It has a total surface area of 3,200,000 m2, and a selling value of US$ 75.420.000, with a one year profit rate of 95.16%.
Tanmiyat has designed the project with three essential requirements (residential, commercial and government facilities) in mind.
The residential section is comprised of 11 housing blocks set amongst beautifully laid out roads, gardens and pedestrian pathways leading to mosques and a small market.
Tanmiyat, when designing the commercial aspect of the project, took into consideration the residents' need for daily and seasonal services; each residential block has its own shopping centre, in addition to the 216,000 m2 main commercial center, which includes a market with international specifications, a hypermarket, banks, and car service centers.
Government facilities include four educational centers for boys and girls and four kindergartens in the residential area, while the close proximity of the project to the Prince Mohammed Bin Fahad University ensures that residents' access to educational institutions and facilities at all levels is guaranteed.
