Considered the first approved project in the area, it extends 3 km to the Red Sea and includes a residential area comprising 2,770 housing sections with a total surface area of 2,427,533 m2 and a network of roads 12 - 25 m wide surrounded by 30 m wide roads, except on the western route, which is 60 m.
The total surface area of the whole network is 952,000 m2.
Al-Muhamadiya project boasts trade centers, several banks, schools and kindergartens.
