This mall lies at the intersection of Ajyad St. and King Abdel-Aziz Tunnel near Le Meridian Tower and is distinguished by its close proximity to the Haram, and a parking lot nearby with a carrying capacity of up to 2,500 cars.

The land in this area is naturally flat and is considered one of the most important sites for large buildings, with a government allowance of up to 20 stories.
