The project is situated centrally in the Anatolia side of Istanbul, Turkey's premier metropolis. A gateway between Europe, Asia and the Middle East, Istanbul has access to important domestic and foreign routes providing excellent industrial and transportation facilities. Istanbul has two suspension bridges across the Bosphorus, with a main highway connecting the city center and the Transit European Motorway.
Phase one of this project, already under construction in Istanbul's Samandýra region, will consist of 11 buildings, designed to serve the light manufacturing and industrial requirements of many of Turkey's successful small to medium enterprises. Phase one stands as a testament to what can be achieved when two successful companies cooperate with the interests of Turkey's developing economy in mind.
Phase two comprises landmark towers for residential and commercial purposes. The towers will house food and beverage outlets coupled with a well known hotel brand, which will cater to the surrounding businesses. This will fulfill the needs of the many people who will visit these magnificent structures, which in turn will create thousands of new opportunities for small to medium enterprises in the area. The second phase will also include entertainment and shopping outlets, which will carry many popular international and well as local brands, making the project an attractive destination for many shoppers.
