Marina Garden residential tower is to be built in Dubai's Marina and will consist of 492 flats (200 one-bedroom, 166 two-bedroom, 58 three-bedroom flats, and 68 four-bedroom duplex apartments) in total, with areas ranging from 83 - 583.5 m.2,
The tower features an impressive entrance and lounge, with five-star service. It also boasts indoor swimming pools especially for women and children and fully equipped separate gymnasiums for men and women. The men's gym will also include a game room, with a pool table and a videogame area for kids.
Other highlights of this building will include: a day-care center fully staffed with child-care professionals; a fully equipped club for business men; a private prayer area; post boxes; intercoms; satellite TV; and reserved parking for the apartments. The project sold for US$ 32,000,000 at a 39.35% profit rate.
