The Najd residential tower to be built in Marsa Dubai, will include 496 flats (mostly one to three bedrooms with 16 four bedroom duplexes) ranging between 67.3 m2 and 825.5 m2, making up a total area of 70,311.81 m2 in 72 floors.
The tower is distinguished by its grand entrance and hotel lounge, with five-star services.
